2. Accounts

When you create an account we store your email address, display name, and authentication metadata provided by our authentication provider. This information is used solely to operate your account and is never sold to third parties.

3. Subscriptions & manual payments

Because subscriptions are verified manually, when you upgrade we collect the plan and billing period you selected, along with the proof of payment you upload (such as a transaction ID or screenshot). This information is only accessible to authorized administrators for the purpose of verifying and activating your subscription, and is retained for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.

4. Refund-related data

If you request a refund or report a billing issue, we keep a record of the correspondence and the related payment proof so we can review and resolve the request fairly.

5. Acceptable use & QR content

We may review QR code destinations to detect abuse, illegal content, or violations of our Terms of Service. We do not access the content of pages you link to beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

6. Data we collect

We collect: (a) account information such as email and name; (b) content you create, including QR designs, logos and destination URLs; (c) usage data such as scan events (approximate location, device type, timestamp) for dynamic QR analytics; and (d) support communications, including messages sent through our contact form, email or WhatsApp.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and remember your theme preference. These cookies do not track you across other websites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Scan analytics data is retained according to your plan's history limits and may be aggregated or deleted after account closure.
