1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AFT QR Studio ("the Service"), operated by AFT FINANCIAL LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at aftfinancialit@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions & manual payments
AFT QR Studio offers Free, Pro and Business subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly. We do not use automated card processing; instead, payments are verified manually. When you select a paid plan, you will be shown our accepted payment methods. After paying, you must upload proof of payment (such as a transaction ID or screenshot) through your dashboard. An administrator reviews and approves the payment, typically within 24 hours, after which your subscription is activated. No subscription is considered active, and no recurring charge is applied automatically, until this manual approval is complete.
4. Refunds
Because subscriptions are activated only after manual verification of a completed payment, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, or your subscription was not activated as expected, contact us at aftfinancialit@gmail.com within 14 days of payment and we will investigate promptly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate QR codes that link to illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious or harmful content, including phishing pages or malware. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, disrupt the Service, or attempt to circumvent our security or manual verification processes.
6. Data collected
We collect information you provide directly (such as account details, uploaded logos and payment proofs) and information generated through use of the Service (such as QR code scan events, including approximate location, device type and timestamp) to power analytics features. 7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used and improve it over time.
8. Data retention
We retain account and QR code data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export or delete your saved QR codes directly from your dashboard.
